Requests for Holy Communion at home and the Sacrament of the Sick
Please let Fr Christopher know of those who are unable, due to illness or age, to attend church and who would like to receive Holy Communion regularly at home. Please also inform the clergy of those in hospital so the hospital chaplain can visit them.
